The following policy applies only to products purchased on our website. We cannot accept returns of products purchased on other websites, in other stores, or shipped from countries to which we do not ship. Please review the specific applicable conditions below.
You may return items purchased through the Richard J. Brown e-shop with these 4 simple steps:
- Log on to www.richardjbrown.com and access your profile by logging in and go to the details of the order for which you wish to return. Enter the number of the order for which you wish to make a return, specifying the reason. You will be contacted by our Customer Service.
- Repack all return items in the original packaging. Items must be new, unused and in perfect condition, with all pendants and labels attached.
- Contact the courier company you wish to use to make the return/exchange. Please be advised that shipping costs are your responsibility and that the shipment must necessarily be traceable via tracking code, which we ask you to provide to our Customer Service.
- Affix the label provided by the courier to the outside of the box and hand it to the pick-up person.
Please be advised that returned items are quality-checked in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. If the items are returned in perfect condition we will accept the return and proceed to refund the total amount paid.
